Someone wiser than us once told us that "feedback is a gift." The one thing we would add to that is the word "genuine." Genuine, real feedback...is a gift. How often have you seen in the work environment someone not really receive the feedback they deserve. How often have you held back what you really thought of someone to protect their feelings — but at the end of the day it doesn't help that person grow? We noticed it was happening all around us — in professional environments everywhere. So we set out to start to change this…one review at a time.
